Initiate Your Request
Log into your OxyGlow account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all seals are intact for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
